Die Münsterland Dartliga besteht bereits seit der Saison 1978/79.
Der Liga gehören Teams aus dem ganzen Münsterland und darüber an.
In der aktuellen Saison treten 48 Teams in fünf Ligen, eine davon aufgeteilt in zwei Staffeln, und im ML-Cup an.
